The next Charity Treat Day is August 2014. A portion of every Blizzard sold on that day will do to a local charity that benefits the community.
For the past several years, DQ fans purchased close to 500 Blizzards each Charity Treat Day and raised close to $1,000 for the Northwoods Children's Museum (pictured left from 2013).
Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) , Chain of Lakes Chapter
DQ Dan is also the chariperson of the annual banquet that raises funds to develop and improve grouse habitat in the Northwoods. The next banquet is August 28, 2014 at the Whitetail Inn in St. Germain , WI. Call Dan at DQ to volunteer or purchase tickets.
The 2013 banquet was very successful with close to 150 attendees. Our committee is trying to build on this success, and we feel the next step is to develop some more grouse habitat in our local area.
